Spa Policies


We love children. Some of our favorite customers are children. It is for this reason that we are concerned for their safety. Children under the age of 12 not receiving services in the Salon or Day Spa must remain in the waiting area with adult supervision.

Staff Selection
We realize that from time-to-time, you might want to try a new stylist or technician. As a team we want to provide you with the best service. Please feel free to make appointments with other staff members at any time.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are a wonderful idea for anyone, for any occasion. Not only for Birthdays and Holidays. How about a graduate, or employee, or a boss. A Gift Certificate can be a thoughtful surprise for no reason at all. We have beautiful packaging for a special presentation when you give a Gift Certificate to that special someone. Gratuities may be added to Gift Certificates, if you wish. Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products only. You may purchase Gift Certificates over the phone. We will be happy to mail it to you or the recipient.
Gift certificates under $100 are subject to a $1.50 postage fee. Gift certificates over $100 being mailed ; postage is complimentary.

We cannot replace or honor any lost or stolen gift cards. We only honor the physical gift card.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance. It may be necessary to charge a fee of 50% of the service price for cancellations made less than 24 hours, and 100% for no-shows. Groups of 2 or more, or services booked for 2 or more hours, may be required to secure appointments with a credit card.

Spa Accommodations
Our Day Spa is equipped to accommodate up to 10 people at the same time. Please feel free to book your wedding party, a group of friends or business associates. Mother and Daughters, Fathers and Sons, Friends and Couples. Come to the Spa with someone special and share the experience. Share one service together, choose a package, or design one especially for the two of you. If you choose or your group chooses a ½ day, or a full day at the Spa, you will also be treated to a complimentary lunch of Peter’s Lite Mediterranean Cuisine.

Spa Etiquette

What to expect when you come to the Spa for services:

An enjoyable experience from the start
 Your technicians will take you to your private treatment room for your service. For your comfort, you may or may not choose to wear undergarments for body treatments. You may also bring a bathing suit for hydrotherapy services.

Showers are available
Please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment if you would like to use the shower before and/or after your treatment. Time in the shower should not exceed 15 minutes.

Inform us of any Health Concerns
Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should not receive any heat treatments.

When you fill out the client profile, please be sure to disclose any medical conditions, allergies you have and what medications you are taking. Some treatments may be contraindicated.

Stay Hydrated
We recommend that you drink plenty of water, before and after any facial or body treatment.

When scheduling Spa appointments please be sure to let the receptionist know if you are on a time constraint. This is a relaxed atmosphere, and we want you to relax. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to give you ample time to prepare for your treatment. We understand that you are very busy, however, if you arrive late for your appointment, it may be necessary to re-schedule or adjust your service to the time remaining.

Turn off cell phones
We realize that in this world of technology, most people have cell phones. If it is not possible for you to leave the world outside when you come to the Spa, please be sure that your cell phone is set to vibrate.

Hair should be ¼ inch or more for waxing services. No real or artificial sun exposure is recommended 24 hours before or after waxing. Please let us know if you are using Retin A, when you book an appointment for eyebrow or facial waxing.
